Serves 2
Oats (about a cup full)
Pinch of cinnamon
250ml good (cloudy) apple juice
1 large apple, grated
100g blueberries (about a palmful)
Mix the oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Add juice, followed by the grated apple and blueberries.
If you can, it’s best to leave it to soak overnight, as with my porridge recipe. If you can’t manage to prepare it the night before, give it a ten-minute soak in the morning, stir in the blueberries and enjoy!
