Monday Supa-Circuit @ Kirtlington Village Hall, 6.30-7.30pm – First class is FREE
Supa Circuits takes place every week at 6:30. Utilising a H.I.I.T format. It’s a combination of aerobic and resistance exercise using body bars, hand weights, exatubs to give an all-round body conditioning workout – a great way to improve strength, cardio & endurance in an energy-packed hour!

Saturdays @ Kirtlington Village Hall, 9-10am, H.I.I.T Bootcamp
A high-intensity class where we have the option of an indoor or outdoor workout – so no breaks or excuses. Using Barry’s green gym when the sun shines, the group thrives in this outdoor environment. Alternatively, if the weather is poor, we train indoors with a number of well-designed programs taken from Barry’s 5 decades in the fitness industry.
All sites have changing facilities, showers, and ample free car parking (unless otherwise specified)
