A good night’s sleep is so important for the body, not just post training, but for your general good health too. Sound, uninterrupted sleep is so important and we should all be aiming for 8-10 hours sleep every night. Yet very few of us get anything like that. So here’s my top tip for you:
Don’t leave your phone on when you go to bed – unless it’s on the “do not disturb” setting. Most people can’t resist looking at their phone if they wake up in the night – or they get woken up during the night by the phone beeping. It completely disrupts your sleep pattern….so turn it off and leave it alone!
