Spring is well and truly here, and when I’m training outside the smell of the ground warming up and the first scents from the trees is fantastic!
I often get my personal training clients to stop for a mo and take a large deep breath so they begin to appreciate the great outdoors. Their reply is that it doesn’t smell that way in the sweaty gym, no matter how posh it is or how much dosh I have extracted from them! So why not join them and sign up for some PT with yours truly?

Come along for a fun, friendly and FABULOUS workout that will attack all those wobbly bits and give you a beach body to be proud of!

Come along to our total body conditioning programme that’s 50% aerobic and 50% strength-focused. It’s the only one of its kind in the region!
