Top Tips for Nutrition: Spring Greens

spring greensSpring greens are packed with vitamins and minerals, and one serving provides over 100% of your daily vitamin C requirements.

They are also high in vitamins A, B complex, iron, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. Spring greens support the immune system, and are good for glowing skin, energy, stress and strong bones.
Try stir frying them with garlic and lemon, finish with a light grating of parmesan.
